THE “ENBEK ATHLETE – 2025” SPARTAKIAD HAS STARTED

On October 8, 2025, the large-scale Spartakiad “Enbek Athlete – 2025” kicked off at the “Qazaqstan” Athletics Sports Complex in Astana.

The event is organized by the sectoral trade union QAZAQMETAL with the support of ERG, and is dedicated to the Year of Working Professions and the 120th Anniversary of the Trade Union Movement in Kazakhstan.

Employees from the production sector are taking part in the Spartakiad, showcasing their skills in mini-football, asyq atu (national game with sheep knuckles), Kazakh wrestling, togyzkumalak, and other national and classic sports disciplines.

The organizers emphasize that the Spartakiad is not only a sports competition but also a platform for promoting a healthy lifestyle, strengthening corporate solidarity, and developing team spirit.
